According to the National Environmental Agency, due to avalanche hazards and intensive snowfall traffic movement on Gudauri (Posta)-Kobi section of Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Larsi road is restricted for all transport means.

As the National Environmental Agency reports, movement on Mleta-Gudauri (from village Mleta to km85 of the road) section is permissible with a non-stop mode.

Traffic movement shall be under direct supervision and coordination of the Patrol Police.

Movement is free at the rest sections of the road.
