According to Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, due to washing-clearing works of Chakvi-Makhinjauri tunnel portals, km92 section of Senaki-Poti-Sarpi (border of the Republic of Turkey) traffic movement for all transport means will be banned from March 25, 22:00 to March 27, 12:00 at first to Kobuleti-Batumi direction and later to Batumi-Kobuleti direction. While closing Kobuleti-Batumi direction in the tunnel, traffic flow will be redirected to Batumi-Kobuleti direction and vice-versa.

Traffic movement by that mode shall be under direct supervision and coordination of the Patrol Police.

Diversion of traffic will be carried out in accordance with the attached organization scheme of temporary traffic.
