According to Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, as a result of conducted cleaning works, traffic for trailers and semi-trailers has been resumed at Akhalkalaki-Kartsakhi road section. Consequently, movement at Akhalkalaki-Kartsakhi (border of the Republic of Turkey) international road is free for all means of transport.
