According to Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, due to snow and glaze ice, traffic movement at km30-km186 (Jvari-Ushguli) of Zugdidi-Jvari-Mestia Lasdili international road, is restricted for trailers, semi-trailers and buses with more than 30 seats. Movement at km30-km100 (Jvari-Lakhamula) is free for other transport means. Meanwhile, traffic at km100-km186 (Lakhamula-Ushguli) is permissible by application of antiskid chains. Traffic for tandem-drive vehicles is free.

Movement is free at km1-km30 (Zugdidi-Jvari) section of the mentioned road.
