According to Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, due to snow and glaze-ice movement at Gudauri(Posta)-Kobi section of international Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Larsi road (border of Russian Federation) is restricted  for trailers and semi-trailers, while traffic is free for other means of transport.

Pursuant to National Environment Agency, nonstop driving is allowed at Gudauri (Posta)–Kobi section, only through avalanche galleries.

According to the statement of National Environment Agency, nonstop driving shall be maintained at Mleta-Gudauri section (from Kvemo Mleta village up to km85 of the road).

Mentioned traffic mode will be enforced under direct supervision and coordination of the Patrol Police.
