Deputy Chairman of Roads Department of Georgia- Giorgi Tsereteli inspected rehabilitated railway viaduct located at km8 of Tbilisi-Veli-Gachiani-Rustavi road in Gardabani Municipality.

The mentioned viaduct is built in the 80s of the last century. The bridge was damaged and did not meet the increased transportation requirements.

Following the rehabilitation project, bridge related problems were completely solved; In particular, bridge deck is completely rehabilitated, new railings and expansion joints are arranged.

The project was financed from the state budget and its value is GEL 984 200 GEL. Construction works commenced in May 2018 and completed in December.
