According to the Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, movement is restricted for trailers, semi-trailers and buses with more than 30 seats at the section of Pasanauri-Gudauri(Posta) section of  Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Larsi international road. Movement is allowed for other types of vehicle by application of antiskid chains. Movement is free for vehicles with two or more main axis.

According to the National Environmental Agency movement at Mleta-Gudauri section (from village Kvemo Mleta to km85) should be uninterrupted.

Also we would like to inform you that according to National Environmental Agency, due to intensive snow at Gudauri(Posta)-Kobi, avalanche hazard mode is active and movement is restricted to all kinds of vehicles.

Movement under the mentioned mode is conducted by direct supervision and coordination of the Patrol Police.

Movement is free at the rest sections of the road.
