According to the National Environmental Agency, avalanche hazard is active on Gudauri (Posta)-Kobi section of Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Larsi (border of the Russian Federation) international road. Therefore, traffic is forbidden for all types of vehicles on this section.

Due to intense snowfall, traffic is forbidden for trailers and semi-trailers on Gudauri (Posta)-Kobi section of Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Larsi (border of the Russian Federation) international road. On Mleta-Kobi section of the same road, traffic is only allowed by application of anti-skid chains. Traffic is free for vehicles with two or more main axes.

Mentioned traffic mode will be carried out under direct supervision and coordination of the Patrol Police.
