Within reorganization, a structure of Roads Department was fully updated, new functions were added and existing functions were distributed more efficiently. Based on conducted analysis, the need to enhance the following direction was revealed: engineering-technical direction, environmental direction, project management direction and others.

Contest announcements for vacancies determined by reorganization are already started. For this time, contests were announced for 24 vacant positions and will be announced for 29 other vacant positions step-by-step, on the following direction: maintenance and periodic repair, road infrastructure planning, engineering-technical direction, construction, Environmental and Social Issues Division, International Procurement Division, etc.
