Based on information of ltd Peri, on October 30, 2018, due to unforeseen technical reasons, installation works of rope cables and cables planned at km107 (village Kobi) of Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Larsi (border of the Russian Federation) international road is impossible. Therefore, traffic on this section will be free on October 30.
