Based on information of Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, due to conducted intense cleaning works, traffic is resumed for vehicles on a km24-km56 section of Pshaveli-Abano-Omalo secondary road.

Traffic is only allowed for off-road vehicles on a km12-km27 section of this road, while traffic is forbidden for other types of vehicles. Traffic is allowed for all vehicles on a km1-km11 of this road.

We would like to remind you that a mass of rock and soil was collapsed on a km24-km56 section of Pshaveli-Abano-Omalo secondary road and, therefore, traffic has been forbidden for all vehicles since August 11. From the moment of disaster, relevant equipment was mobilized on the spot and representatives of Roads Department carried out cleaning works in 24-hour mode.
