It is a seventh day as disaster liquidation works are ongoing in Chuberi in continuous mode. Arrangement of a panel bridge construction connecting to the left bank of the river should have lasted 4-5 days, but due to works conducted in 24-hour mode, installation of the bridge is already completed.

Today, heavy equipment will be transferred on the second bank using the bridge and disaster liquidation works will be carried out on the left bank of Nenskra River. Specialists have already determined five locations, where riverbed changing and bank protection works shall be implemented immediately.

In the disaster zone, specialists of Roads Department of Georgia in the direction of projects, bank protection and disaster liquidation works are actively involved in the works from the very beginning. At this stage, 68 pieces of equipment are mobilized in Chuberi, and 60 of them are in constant work process.
