Traffic is free for all vehicles on Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Larsi (border of the Russian Federation) international road.

According to the National Environmental Agency, the traffic movement will be carried out in Mleta-Kobi section without stoppage, while on Gudauri (Posta) - Kobi section only through the avalanche protection tunnels.

Traffic of trailers, semi-trailers and buses with more than 30 seats in tunnels shall be carried out in unilateral mode.
