Traffic is free on Gudauri (Posta) –Kobi section of Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Larsi (border of the Russian Federation) international road.

According to the National Environmental Agency, traffic shall be carried out in non-stop mode on Mleta-Kobi section and only passing through the avalanche protection tunnels on Gudauri (Posta) –Kobi section.

Traffic in the tunnels shall be carried out unilaterally for trailers, semi-trailers and buses with more than 30 seats.

Traffic stops are forbidden on a km134-km135 (Dariali gorge) of the same road.

This traffic mode shall be carried out under direct supervision and coordination of the Patrol Police.
