Based on information of Roads Department, as a result of intensive cleaning works traffic resumed at  km138-km193 (Chumateleti-Zestaponi) of  Tbilisi-Senaki-Leselidze road and at km0-km58 (Gombori-Shuamta) section of Vaziani-Gombori-Telavi road and traffic is free for all modes of transport.

Due to intensive snow, clear ice, avalanche hazard and snow-storm  special regime are established:

Due to clear ice and intense snow, traffic t at km30-km188 (Jvari-Ushguli) section of Zugdidi-Jvari-Mestia-Lasdili road is forbidden for trailers, semi-trailers and buses with more than 30 seats. Traffic for other modes of transport  is permissible by application of antiskid chains. Traffic is free for vehicles with two or more main axis. Traffic is free at km1-km30.

Due to intensive snow and clear ice traffic at km1-km22 of Alpana-Tsageri road is forbidden for  trailers and semi-trailers and for buses with more than 30 seats, traffic for other modes of transport is permitted by application of antiskid chains. Traffic is free for vehicles with two or more main axis.

Due to avalanche hazard and clear ice, traffic at km35-km57 section (Nakerala Pass) of Kutaisi-Tkibuli-Ambrolauri road is forbidden for all modes of transport. At km1-km34 and km58-km72 is forbidden for trailers and semi-trailers and for buses with more than 30 seats. Movement for other modes of transport is permitted by application of antiskid chains. Traffic is free for vehicles with two or more main axis.  Traffic is free at other sections of the road.

Due to snow and clear ice, traffic at km4-km29 ( Terjola-Tkibuli) of Cholabauri bridge-Terjola-Tkibuli road and at km1-km106 of Gomi-Sachkhere-Chiatura-Zestaponi road  is forbidden for trailers and semi-trailers , traffic is permitted by application of antiskid chains for other modes of transport. Traffic is free for vehicles with two or more main axis.

Due to complicated meteorological conditions (intense snow, storm, snow drifts and clear ice), traffic  at km110-km146 (Rodionovka-Ninotsminda) section of Koda-Partskhisi-Manglisi-Tsalka-Ninotsminda road and at km90-km112 (Ninotsminda-Armenian border) section of Akhaltsikhe-Ninotsminda road is permitted  by application of antiskid chains for trailers and semi-trailers. Traffic is free for vehicles with two or more main axis.

In view of created circumstances, Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia urges population to use winter tyres, technically acceptable vehicles and follow traffic restrictions established on roads.
