Based on information of Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, as a result of intensive cleaning works traffic resumed for trailers and semi-trailers at km20-km36  (Sulda-Turkey border) of Akhalkalaki-Kartsakhi ( Turkey border) road and traffic is free for all mode of transport.

Due to intensive snow and clear special regime are established:

Traffic is forbidden for trailers and semi-trailers and for buses with more than 30 seats at km30-km188 (Jvari-Ushguli) of Zugdidi-Jvari-Mestia-Lasdili road and at km88-km125 (Lentekhi-Benieri) of Kutaisi-Tskaltubo-Tsageri-Lentekhi-Lasdili road. Traffic for other mode of transport is permitted by application of antiskid chains and traffic is free for vehicles with two or more main axis at mentioned road sections.

Due to snow and clear ice, traffic at km87-km106 of Batumi-Akhaltsikhe road is permissible by application of antiskid chains. Traffic is free for vehicles with two or more main axis.
