Based on information of Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, as a result of intensive cleaning works traffic resumed  for trailers and semi-trailers at Mleta-Kobi section and due to ice clear traffic is permissible by application of antiskid chains for all mode of transport. Traffic is free for vehicles with two or more main axis.

movement at Gudauri (Posta) - Kobi section of Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Larsi road is allowed uninterruptedly through avalanche protection tunnels. One-way traffic is allowed for trailers, semi-trailers and buses with more than 30 seats in tunnels.

Mentioned traffic regime will be enforced under direct supervision and coordination of Patrol Police.
