Due to complicated meteorological conditions (intense snow, storm, snow drifts and clear ice), traffic at km1-km36 of Akhalkalaki-Kartsakhi ( Turkey border) road for trailers, semi-trailers and for buses with more than 30 seats  is permitted by application of antiskid chains, traffic is free for other mode of transport.
