Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia implements periodic repair works 5,6 km  sections of Sighnaghi-Tsnori road.

Mentioned section started in Sighnaghi city, at point of separation of Chalaubani-Sighnaghi-Anaga and Sighnaghi-Tsnori roads and ends at km 6 of Sighnaghi-Tsnori road. Section was damaged and couldn’t provide transportation requirements.

Project envisages: upgrading of damaged metal barriers, columns, reinforced concrete pipes and  lower supporting walls. Arrangements of culvert , junctions of local roads, entrances to private yards. Also, arrangement of road signs and horizontal marking of the carriageway.

Rehabilitation works inspected Deputy Chairman of Roads Department Irakli Khergiani.

Project is financed from the state budget and its cost is GEL 1 775 000. Periodic repair works started in March, 2016 and will be complited in September, 2016.
