The Roads Department (RD) of Georgia notes, that the RD Tender Committee may take decision to exclude from donor-funded procurement process those bidders/applicants/consultants being blacklisted/debarred by different International Financial Institutions or having demonstrated bad experience with the Roads Department or similar profile Employers of the Borrower.
