Based on information of Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, due to temperature rise, as notified by National Environmental Agency avalanche hazard exists on Gudauri (Posta)-Kobi  section of  Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Larsi road, so traffic is forbidden on respective section for all mode of transport on 26  th of February from 14:00 pm till 18:00 pm, like it was on 25^th February.
