Based on information of Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, Traffic for light vehicles has been resumed as a result of cleaning works on Aragvispiri-Larsi section.

Following restrictions are established on different sections of Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Larsi road:

• Due to clear ice  traffic on Aragvispiri- Gudauri-Larsi section of Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Larsi road is forbidden for trailers, semi-trailers and for buses with more than 30 seats.  Traffic for other type of transport is permitted by application of antiskid chains at Gudauri(Posta)-Kobi section, but traffic is free at Aragvispiri-Gudauri(Posta) and Kobi-Larsi section.
• Traffic is free for vehicles with two or main axis.
• Traffic on Gudauri(Posta)-Kobi section is admissible through the avalanche protection tunnels without stoppage.
• Stoppage of vehicles is not allowed during movement along Stepantsminda- Larsi section.
