Due to heavy snow and clear ice, traffic at km100-km188 (Lakhamula-Ushguli) section of Zugdidi-Jvari-Mestia-Lasdili road is forbidden for trailers, semi-trailers and buses with more than 30 seats. Movement for other vehicles at km1-km138 (Zugdidi-Mestia) section is free, but at km138-km188 (Mestia-Ushguli) is permitted by application of antiskid chains. Movement is free for vehicles with two or more main axis. Traffic is free at km1-km100 (Zugdidi-Lakhamula) section for all mode of transport.
