Due to snow, strong frost and clear ice, traffic on Aragvispiri-Gudauri-Larsi section of Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Larsi road is forbidden for trailers, semi-trailers and for buses with more than 30 seats. Movement for other vehicles on Gudauri(Posta)-Kobi section is permitted by application of antiskid chains, but on Aragvispiri- Gudauri(Posta) and Kobi-Larsi sections is free. Traffic is free for vehicles with two or more main axis.

As notified by the National Environmental Agency, movement at Gudauri (Posta)-Kobi section is admissible through the avalanche protection tunnels without stoppage. Stoppage of vehicles is not allowed during movement along Stepantsminda- Larsi section.

Mentioned traffic regime will be enforced under direct supervision and coordination of Patrol Police. Traffic is free at other sections of the road.
