Due to complicated meteorological conditions (strong wind and snow drifts), traffic at   km14-km31 section of Tbilisi Bypass road for trailers, semi-trailers and for buses with more than 30 seats is allowed by application of antiskid chains, but for other vehicles movement is free.  Traffic is free on other sections of the road.
