Based on information of Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, traffic for trailers is resumed at km37-km50 (Nakerala pass) section of Kutaisi-Tkibuli-Ambrolauri road. Movement is also resumed on Gudauri-Kobi section and following restrictions are established to ensure passengers’ safety:

Due to snow and clear ice traffic at Gudauri(Posta)-Kobi section Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Larsi road is free for vehicles with two or more main axis, but for other transport movement is admissible by application of antiskid chains.

As notified by the National Environmental Agency, movement at Gudauri(Posta)-Kobi section is admissible through the avalanche protection tunnels without stoppage. Movement is free on other sections of the road.

Traffic restrictions effective on other roads:

Due to snow and clear ice, traffic at km100-km188 (Lakhamura-Ushguli) section of Zugdidi-Jvari-Mestia-Lasdili road is free for vehicles with two or more main axis, but movement for other vehicles is permitted by application of antiskid chains. Traffic is free at km1-km99 (Zugdidi-Lakhamura) section for all mode of transport.

Due to complicated meteorological conditions (snow-storm and limited visibility), traffic at km94-km110 (Nardevani-Rodionovka (Paravani)) section of Koda-Partskhisi-Manglisi-Tsalka-Ninotsminda road is forbidden for all mode of transport.
