Due to snow and clear ice, movement at Gudauri(Posta)-Kobi section of Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Larsi road is permissible by application of antiskid chains. Traffic is free for vehicles with two or more main axis.

Based on information provided by National Environmental Agency of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, movement on Gudauri (Posta)-Kobi section of Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Larsi road is allowed uninterruptedly through avalanche protection tunnels. One-way traffic is allowed in tunnels for trailers, semi-trailers and buses with more than 30 seats.
