Based on information of Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, traffic is resumed at km 206 of Tbilisi-Senaki-Leselidze international road and is diverted to the central highway.

Mentioned section served as a temporary bypass road and it is damaged due to raise of Chkhara River. By this time traffic was diverted to Zestaponi-Baghdati-Kutaisi road.

Construction of bridge was conducted in parallel with temporary bypass road under construction of a new Zestaponi-Kutaisi road project and the bridge construction is at completion stage.  Traffic flows can be diverted to the bridge in 10 days. Accordingly, before finalization of construction in case of disaster reoccurrence traffic flows would be diverted to a new bridge instead of  Zestaponi-Baghdati-Kutaisi bypass road.
