As notified by the National Environmental Agency, movement at Kobi-Gudauri road is restricted for all mode of transport due to intense snow, storm and limited visibility.

Movement for trailers and buses at Mletai-Gudauri and Kobi-Larsi sections is allowed by application of antiskid chains.  Movement for other vehicles on Mleta-Gudauri road is allowed by application of antiskid chains, but at Kobi-Larsi section traffic is free. Traffic for off-road vehicles is free on Mleta-Gudauri and Kobi-Larsi sections.
