Works for restoration of damaged road section at km206 of Tbilisi-Senaki-Leselidze international road, which was damaged due to increase of water level in river Chkhara after intensive rain, were ongoing all night long under coordination of Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia. Though, incessant rains hinder restoration works.

By this time, water level in Chkhara riverbed is still high and it is again raining persistently, but welding works and arrangement of structures are actively progressing. Everything is done to resume traffic at the shortest possible time.
