Chairman of Roads Department Vazha Panchulidze met with representatives of Italian construction company INC at the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia. He introduced the main directions of the Ministry to INC representatives, also provided detailed information about implemented and upcoming infrastructure projects. 

Italian side expressed a wish to enter Georgian market and showed interest to be involved in implementation of infrastructure projects. Representatives of the company also talked about their experience in construction of roads, bridges and tunnels.

Italian company INC was established in the 60s of last century and has been implementing infrastructure projects for the construction of roads, bridges and tunnels for five decades without interruption.  The company has constructed several buildings of FIAT Group in Turin, building of the Ministry of Defense of Italy, local administration buildings in Turin and Piombino, etc. In late 1980s the company considerably expanded its area of activities and started construction of highways. Mentioned company has constructed the highway in old Italian city of Frejus and has implemented more than one other important projects. Nowadays INC is considered as one of the largest construction companies in Italy.
