Due to glaze ice, movement at Gudauri(Posta)-Kobi section of Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Larsi road is allowed  by application of antiskid chains. Traffic is free for tandem-drive vehicles.

Based on decision of Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, traffic at Gudauri(Posta)-Kobi section should be uninterrupted and conducted through avalanche protection tunnels. One-way traffic is allowed in tunnels for trailers, semi-trailers and buses with more than 30 seats. Distance between vehicles should be 50 m.

It is not allowed to stop the vehicles during the movement along km134-km135 section of mentioned road (Dariali gorge).

Mentioned traffic regime will be enforced under direct supervision and coordination of Patrol Police. Traffic is free at other sections of the road.
