Delegation of Asian Development Bank (ADB) visited the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia. Members of the delegation met the Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure, David Shavliashvili, Chairman of Roads Department of Georgia, Vazha Panchulidze and other senior officials of the authority.     

Visitors were interested in infrastructure projects implemented by the Ministry throughout the country  with financial support of ADB. The meeting focused on issues related to construction of Rustavi-Tbilisi highway,  Kobuleti bypass road, also on projects aimed to improving water supply in different regions of Georgia. Visitors positively evaluated activities of the the Ministry in various directions of infrastructure and expressed the desire of future cooperation. Asian Development Bank is one of the main partners of Georgia in construction of road infrastructure, rehabilitation of water supply and implementation of other important projects.
