According to the information of Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, due to avalanche hazard the movement of all types of transport is forbidden at Gudauri (Posta) – Kobi section of Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Larsi road. It is not allowed to stop the vehicles during the movement along km134-km135 section of mentioned road (Dariali gorge). Mentioned traffic regime will be enforced under direct supervision and coordination of Patrol Police. Traffic is free at other sections of the road. Relevant services and equipment of Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia are mobilized on site. Roads Department will intensively perform the road clearing works as soon as the avalanche risks are removed based on information from the National Environmental Agency.
