According to the information of Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia the increased cloudiness is expected from this morning in west Georgia, there is a light snow in all regions. Despite the light snow, movement throughout the country is uninterrupted.  Traffic at Rikoti pass is free for all types of transport.

Today, relevant services of Roads Department have carried out road clearing works at km25-km40 section (Cheratkhevi) of Gomi-Sachkhere-Chiatura-Zestafoni road and km40-km60 section (Nakerala pass) of Kutaisi-Tkibuli-Ambrolauri road and movement at mentioned directions is free. Road clearing works are regularly performed to ensure uninterrupted traffic at Nakerala pass.

Relevant services and equipment of Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia are mobilized throughout the country to immediately start the road clearing works when necessary.
