Opening of Jvari-Kobi section of Mtskheta-Kazbegi-Lars road will be available in the next few hours. Minister of Reginal Development and Infrastructure Davit Shavliashvili made the statement about it on the concluding meeting of the Coordinating Staff in Gudauri.

David Shavliashvili left for Gudauri today. He monitored road cleaning works on Jvari-Kobi section of the road and attended the concluding meeting of Coordinating Staff. The Council of State Security and Crisis management heads the Coordinating Staff.  Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources Protection, Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development, Ministry of Energy, Ministry of Health, Labor and Social Affairs as well as representatives of local municipalities are included in the council.  

After a session of the Coordinating Staff, members of the staff visited Jvari-Kobi section of Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Lars road to inspect existing situation.
