Roads Department at the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure completed road cleaning works from Jvari Pass towards Kobi. For the moment, the works for expansion of the road are underway.  As soon as, according to the National Environmental Agency, the avalanche danger will be removed, the traffic is restored.  Council of State Security and Crisis Management heads the coordinating council in Gudauri. Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources Protection, Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development, Ministry of Energy, Ministry of Health, Labor and Social Affairs as well as representatives of local municipalities are included in the council.
