Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia Davit Shavliashvili, together with his Deputy Ministers met new Ambassador of the European Union to Georgia, Janos Herman.
The Minister congratulated the Ambassador on his appointment and expressed hopes that collaboration between Georgia and European Union will remain fruitful.
Davit Shavliashvili talked to the guest about implemented, ongoing and planned reforms and projects. On the meeting new projects were discussed about local governance development, road safety and sewage systems that will be carried out in 2015 jointly by the European Union and Georgia, according to the EU standards.
Janos Herman asserted that Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia is one of the main partners of the EU in Georgia and collaboration between the parties will deepen in the future.
