Minister of Regional Development and infrastructure, Davit Shavliashvili, together with First Deputy Minister, George Amashukeli, Deputy Minister of Environment and Natural Resources Protection of Georgia, Zurab Kopadze, chairman of the council for security and crisis management, Mindia Janalidze, Chairman of Roads Department, Vazha Fanchulidze and other officials left for Adjara region.
Today, it is planned  staff meeting for the liquidation of the results of disaster and visit  to the damaged facilities.
"As soon as the problems started the relevant services of our ministry and the heavy equipment of the Roads Department were mobilized on the spot." - said David Shavliashvili, - "We have active communication with the head of the government of Adjara. Until recently, there was no need for our intervention. From now on, we are ready to help Adjara, in accordance to our competence.
