Cleansing works are intensively progressing at Gudauri-Kobi section since morning; by that time traffic restriction is removed and following restrictions are applied:

Due to snow and clear ice, traffic at Gudauri-Kobi section of Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Larsi road is free for tandem-drive vehicles.  For other mode of transport movement is permissible by application of antiskid chains.

Along Gudauri(Posta)-Kobi section movement is admissible through the tunnels for snow-slide protection. One-way traffic will be applied in tunnels for trailers, semi-trailers and for buses with more than 30 seats; Stoppage of vehicles is forbidden at respective section.

As notified by the National Environmental Agency of the Ministry of Environment Protection and Natural Resources of Georgia, traffic from 09:00 is restricted at Gudauri(Posta)-Kobi section of Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Larsi road for all mode of transport  due to the danger of landslide.
