Due to snow and clear ice, movement on Gudauri-Kobi section of Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Larsi road is free for tandem-drive vehicles, but for other mode of transport movement is permitted by application of antiskid chains.

Along Gudauri(Posta)-Kobi section movement is admissible through the tunnels for snow-slide protection. One-way traffic will be applied in tunnels for trailers and semi-trailers and for buses with more than 30 seats; Stoppage of vehicles is forbidden at respective section.

Traffic movement shall be under direct supervision and coordination of the Patrol Police.
